At Cuty Craft, we accept returns only for defective products. We take great care in ensuring that all products are carefully inspected before shipping, but we understand that defects may occasionally occur.

Defective Products Return Process

Report within 48 hours: Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us of any defects within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Contact customer service: Email us at info@cutycraft.in with your order number and clear photos showing the defect.

Return authorization: Our team will review your claim and provide you with return authorization if the defect is confirmed.

Ship the item back: Return the defective product in its original packaging if possible. We'll provide a return shipping label for defective items.

What happens after your return?

We'll inspect the returned item upon receipt.

If the defect is confirmed, we'll process a replacement or refund.

You'll be notified via email about the status of your return/replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)

Products that have been used or show signs of wear

Items without original packaging or tags

Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned defective item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Our Guarantee
