These terms govern your purchase of personalized kids products from our Kerala-based business. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Ordering Process
When you order personalized products:
- You'll receive an order confirmation email with your customization details
- Customization details must be confirmed within 24 hours
- We may contact you for clarification on personalization requirements
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
Important: Please double-check personalization details before confirming as changes cannot be made once production begins.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
Payment Security
- PCI-DSS compliant gateways
- SSL encrypted transactions
- No payment data stored
Payment Terms
- Full payment required upfront
- No COD for custom products
- Taxes included in prices
Shipping Policy
We ship throughout India with special care for our personalized products:

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products:
Standard Products
- 30-day return policy
- Must be unused with original packaging
- Refund issued within 7 business days
Personalized Items
- Only accepted if defective or incorrect
- Must report within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos of issue required
- Replacement or refund at our discretion
Non-Returnable: Custom colors, sizes, and designs cannot be returned unless defective. Please review our Returns Policy for complete details.
Our Responsibility
While we take utmost care with personalized products:
- We're not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
- Customer-provided personalization details are the customer's responsibility to verify
- Minor color variations may occur in custom products due to monitor differences
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our policies
Policy Changes
We may update these terms periodically:
- Changes will be posted on this page
- Material changes will be notified to registered users
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
